They don’t work on a “salary”….at that point, they are self-employed and pay themselves whatever is left over from the operations of the team. If THEY are the owner, WHO is going to pay them a salary???

This is an issue of dispute with my friend and I. They think that I cannot survive on a 30,000 pounds per annum salary living outside of London. Furthermore, they insist that I’d need at least 50,000 pounds to not only pay living expenses, but have enough left over to put in savings.
